Position Summary: The District Manager controls, directs, and participates in the Operational activities
of the assigned stores in the district. The primary responsibility of the District Manager is to provide
leadership, focus, direction and coaching to store personnel to achieve District’s performance plan targets.
Target areas include sales, store contribution, inventory, shrink, merchandise presentation, associate
productivity and satisfaction, manager performance and development, turnover, customer service and
satisfaction, mark-down compliance, and loss prevention audit scores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Achievement of sales goals through store performance, merchandising, customer service

Insure store operations standards are met by communication and following up with store leaders

Conduct and organize meetings with store managers

Provide great customer service and respond appropriately to customers needs

Maintain compliance of all laws and company policies within individual stores

Provide company heads with reports such as inventory, variance, and performance

Communicate with all team members effectively, timely and in a positive and supportive manner

Execute changes and additions to policy thoroughly

Assist in the hiring, training, coaching and reviewing of all staff in individual stores
