Achatz Handmade Pie Co. is a family owned business who have a strong commitment to the communities we serve. We specialize in pies and offer cream, fruit and savory pies as well as a number of different baked goods. The ingredients we use are of the highest quality, all natural and we source locally when possible.
We are searching for an enthusiastic visionary ready to lead retail team to success at our new location. We are looking for someone who is excited in the opportunity of effectively being responsible for all operations and employees at this location.
Responsibilities include:

Achievement of sales goals through store performance, merchandising, customer service

Baking production of daily goods to be sold

Ability to understand fiscal procedures and budget

Insure operational effectiveness and performance against standards

Quality assurance for all products sold

Responsible for ordering, receiving, and proper stock levels to company standards

Adhere to and enforce cash handling, reconcile cash drawers and deposits

Effectively assist in the hiring and training process of retail team

Superb communication with entire Achatz team

Understand and achieve great customer service

Must be able to control inventory, comply with all company policies and insure regular maintenance of entire store Willing to work Sundays and Holidays

$25740 - 36400 + Quarterly bonuses

Minimum Experience:

At least 1 year retail or foodservice management or at least 5 years retail foodservice experience

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
